The successful applicants will work in project teams undertaking major mixed-use commercial development projects in PRC and new luxury Hong Kong residential/commercial developments.  The challenge is to ensure all phases of the projects are planned and completed on time, within budget and to the specified high quality.  Specific responsibilities include: project leadership, management of design, procurement, time and priority, contract and cost, construction and handover procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Engineering/Surveying or related disciplines
  • Registered Architect, Chartered Engineer, Interior Designer, Chartered Surveyor or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience in large scale commercial/shopping malls/hotel projects (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager)
  • Excellent understanding of property development process in Hong Kong and PRC
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Good eProject management skills
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Willing to travel and work in PRC
