Reporting to the Technical Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for building fabric / structure and plumbing & drainage system operation, maintenance and improvement works, managing tenants' fit-out works and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and relevant requirements. He / she will assist in preparation and control of annual and five-year budgets; recommend and review maintenance strategies, plan and manage preventive and proactive maintenance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• Qualified Professional Building Surveyor (MRICS or MHKIS) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Good interpersonal skills and self-driven
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
