ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The incumbent will assist the Administration Officer in maintaining account information and process expense payments/reimbursements.  He/She is also responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the administration services team.

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • LCC 2nd level or above
  • Minimum 3 years accounting  and administration experience
  • Extensive PC knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Mature, meticulous and dedicated
