ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES MANAGER
(Ref. No.: 2/AASM/1CW)
Reporting to the Administration Services Manager, the incumbent will assist in a wide range of duties including preparation of office administration budget and expenses reports; planning staff social and recreational activities; managing pool cars, holiday houses & pleasure junk; monitoring mail room services; purchasing and office renovation; insurance and licences renewal; and supervising a team of office administrative staff.
Requirements:

University graduate
-
Minimum 6 years of office administration experience in a sizable company; 3 of which at a supervisory level

Hands on experience in organising company events & office renovation
-
Knowledge in general office insurance
-
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage

Detail-oriented, dedicated to work and a good team player

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

Occasional work on weekends and/or public holidays are required
