PROJECT MANAGERS & ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGERS
(Construction/Architect/Interior Design/MEP/Procurement)

The successful applicants will work in project teams undertaking major mixed-use commercial development projects in PRC and new luxury Hong Kong residential/commercial developments. The challenge is to ensure all phases of the projects are planned and completed on time, within budget and to the specified high quality. Specific responsibilities include: project leadership, management of design, procurement, time and priority, contract and cost, construction and handover procedures.
Requirements:

Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Engineering/Surveying or related disciplines

Registered Architect, Chartered Engineer, Interior Designer, Chartered Surveyor or equivalent

Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience in large scale commercial/shopping malls/hotel projects (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager)

Excellent understanding of property development process in Hong Kong and PRC

Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Good eProject management skills

Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Willing to travel and work in PRC
