Reporting to the Assistant e-Services Application Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for requirement analysis, system design, programming, software configuration, testing and documentation.  He/She is also responsible for user support, training and trouble shooting.  

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computing Studies
• Minimum 2 years of web application development on MS. Net environment with C#
• Visual Studio 2005 development environment knowledge
• Skills and experience in the following:
  • Rational Unified Process methodology and/or Microsoft Solutions Framework
  • UML including use case, class, sequence, activity and state diagrams
  • MS SQL Server 2005 database development
  • Microsoft Enterprise Application Blocks 2.0
  • Infragistics – NetAdvantage for ASP.Net
  • Javascript and AJAX
  • SQL Server 2005 Reporting Service
  • Knowledge on Microsoft.Net 3.0 Framework (WF or WCF) will be an advantage
  • Knowledge / experience on Peoplesoft 8.x will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese, ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
