Past Development



Ocean Shores (2003)

Ocean Shores provides over 5,000 residential units with sizes ranging between 530 and 1,092 sq ft in one to three-bedroom designs. The project has more than 350,000 sq ft of recreational space, which includes 120,000 sq ft of landscaped garden, an extensive clubhouse and a total of 16 outdoor and indoor pools that forms the Water Fun World.

O King Road, a dedicated estate driveway, links the development directly to Lam Tin and the Eastern Harbour Crossing. The development is situated within a few minutes walking distance of the adjacent Tiu Keng Leng MTR Interchange Station.


3 Coombe Road (2003)

This luxury residential scheme comprises four houses, each providing about 4,400 sq ft with a garden and terrace of over 2,000 sq ft. 3 Coombe Road was the first Swire Homes project.


The Orchards (2003)

The twin residential towers offer a total of 442 units, with sizes ranging from approximately 790 sq ft to 1,147 sq ft. There are two exclusive Penthouse units located on 49/F of each tower, with sizes ranging between 1,508 sq ft to 1,737 sq ft.

Green design elements include a private balcony for each apartment, four themed Sky Gardens and naturally ventilated facilities.


Les Saisons (2002)

The four residential towers offer a total of 864 units, with sizes ranging between 739 to 1,843 sq. ft. Residents can also enjoy the extensive services and facilities offered in over 38,000 sq. ft. of clubhouse and landscaped podium.

Located at the harbour front in Island East, Les Saisons offers panoramic seaviews stretching from Lei Yue Mun to Tsim Sha Tsui.


StarCrest (1999)

StarCrest is located just a road away from Pacific Place and consists of 329 luxury apartments and 83 car park spaces housed in two towers, with unit sizes ranging from 729 sq ft to 1,172 sq ft for standard units and 1,902 sq ft for duplex units.

The project offers exclusive recreational facilities including swimming pool, children's playground and residents' clubhouse.


Tung Chung Crescent (1999) & Seaview Crescent (2002)

Tung Chung Crescent offers 2,158 units while Seaview Crescent offers 1,536 units. Both projects are located only minutes away from Tung Chung MTR Station and Citygate, a major retail and commercial development.


The Floridian (1997)

A twin-towered residential development in the Eastern mid-levels, The Floridian stands out for its innovative and colourful architecture, comprising 214 luxury apartments with sizes ranging from 811 sq ft to 1,319 sq ft and two duplexes of 1,869 sq ft on the top of Tower One. Exclusive facilities, including outdoor swimming pool, landscaped garden, open playground and residential clubhouse, are also provided.


Island Place (1996)

Strategically located in the heart of North Point near the MTR station, the 784 luxury apartments of Island Place are housed in three towers above a 150,000 sq ft shopping centre. The apartments are designed for one to three bedrooms with sizes ranging from 597 sq ft to 1,018 sq ft.


Robinson Place (1994)

Located in the prestigious Mid-Levels and commanding a magnificent harbour view, Robinson Place is one of the showpiece luxury residential developments of Swire Properties.

The twin towers of 47 storeys each comprises 651 units, with sizes ranging from 1,094 sq ft to 1,391 sq ft. Residents' exclusive facilities include swimming pool, clubhouse and podium garden.


The Albany (1989)

The Albany is a luxury single-tower residential development with 74 apartments, eight duplexes and two penthouses.

As the only development on Albany Road, The Albany has guaranteed unobstructed open views of the Botanical Gardens and Central district, with the majority of units enjoying a panoramic harbour view.


Harbour Heights (1989)

Within a three-minute walking distance from Fortress Hill MTR Station, Harbour Heights offers apartments with convenient transportation and a magnificent harbour view. The three residential towers provide 924 apartments of two or three bedrooms with sizes ranging from 700 sq ft to 970 sq ft. A covered car park and a podium garden are also provided within the estate.


Lei King Wan (1989)

Situated at the harbour front in Quarry Bay, the development comprises 17 residential blocks with approximately 2,300 units, whose sizes range from 571 sq ft to 884 sq ft in two or three-bedroom designs. The project is a low-density development with spacious gardens and a unique waterfront walkway.


Parkvale (1989)

Located in the Eastern district, the four apartment blocks, comprising 838 apartments, are located adjacent to Tai Tam Country Park, with MTR, buses, mini-buses, trams and all kinds of transportation close by.
The apartments were designed to suit every living requirement, with unit sizes ranging from 650 sq ft to 870 sq ft. Recreational facilities include a full size residential swimming pool and a podium garden.


Taikoo Shing (1975)

Taikoo Shing has long earned distinction in the territory for its high quality of design, finishes and management. The development comprises 61 domestic blocks on a site of 53 acres, with a total of 12,698 units in sizes ranging from 585 sq ft to 1,237 sq ft.

Taikoo Shing was Hong Kong's first major private residential project designed with fully landscaped podium and gardens. The estate celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2001.
