We are now looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to be part of our dynamic team.  Since launching in January 2015, blueprint has become Hong Kong’s premier co-working space for ambitious entrepreneurs, appealing to Hong Kong’s entrepreneurs and freelancers seeking flexible office space and desk memberships.  Reporting to the Head of Operations - blueprint, the incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the team and front desk services in the customer service counter. Key areas of responsibility will involve acting as a front-office facing receptionist, preparing financial invoices, payments and reports, maintaining filing systems and leave records; monitoring office supplies and replenishment orders; arranging meetings and travelling; and other ad-hoc customer service duties when required.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:

  • HKCEE / DSE holder with 5 passes including English and Chinese
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration and customer-facing role
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach to work on a small team
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
