We are now looking for a talented Building Manager. The incumbent plays a key role in the successful operation of a high profile mixed use property in Hong Kong.  He/She reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the delivery of a high level of service, security and management to a wide cross section of tenants and patrons. The incumbent will be an experienced and progressive manager of people as well as being capable of efficient cost management and planning for numerous scenarios including emergencies and loss prevention.  Compliance with the Security Guarding Services Ordinance and general administration of day to day operations such as cleaning, landscaping and traffic management is a requirement.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:

  • University graduate preferably with Diploma in Housing Management or equivalent
  • At least 15 years' experience in Building Operations including security management in sizable commercial entities; 10 years of which are in a supervisory role
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication skills and people management abilities
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Positive mindset in driving continuous improvement
