We are now looking for a talented Property Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Portfolio Managers / Assistant Portfolio Managers, the incumbent will assist in the day-to-day management and leasing of Cityplaza and Taikoo Shing neighborhood shops within the portfolio.  Major duties include report and analysis preparation.  He / She is expected to assist in fostering customer relationships, interacting with prospective and existing clients on new lettings, tenancy renewals and rent review, as well as preparing related documents.  He / She is also responsible for the co-ordination of tenant fit-out projects, budgetary control and assisting with the daily operation and maintenance of the properties within the portfolios. 

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:

  • Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines preferred
  • Professionally qualified in General Practice Surveying (HKIS) or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property leasing and/or management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills on MS Office
