Global IT Giant Computer Associates Selects Three Pacific Place for Asia Pacific Headquarters Expansion

Swire Properties today (Thursday, 3 November 2005) announced that Computer Associates International, Inc. (NYSE: CA) has committed to leasing over 30,000 sq ft in Three Pacific Place, increasing the Grade-A office tower's occupancy rate to around 80%.

Swire Properties' Director and General Manager, Mr Jolyon Culbertson said, 'We are glad that in addition to banking and financial market leaders, global IT giant CA chose Three Pacific Place as the new location for its regional headquarters. It is another well-illustrated example of Three Pacific Place, in terms of efficiency, flexibility and connectivity, being well appreciated by multinational corporations.'

CA will be relocating to 17/F and 18/F of Three Pacific Place, at a rent approaching HK$40 psf.

Mr John Ruthven, Senior Vice President of CA Asia Pacific and Japan, currently located in World Trade Centre said that, 'the relocation allows an upgrade on space and building management. The sophisticated architectural design and advanced facilities of Three Pacific Place will also help to improve the prestige of CA's Asia Pacific headquarters.'
