The 2,400-sqm Winter Garden is a unique concept – an airy interior space with a sweeping glass rooftop, the Winter Garden features a wide array of fine restaurants as well as a large event area, providing a smooth, gradual transition between the mall and the outdoor park.
The office tower opened in Winter 2011. The shopping mall and the hotel officially opened in Autumn 2012.
We have a 50% stake of this joint venture.
