Design

This innovatively-designed building was constructed by world-renowned American architectural firm ARQUITECTONICA, who is the mastermind behind two of Swire Properties’ flagship mixed-use developments, TaiKoo Hui in Guangzhou and Brickell City Centre in Miami. MOUNT PARKER RESIDENCES is characterised by organic streamlined shapes and a striking curvilinear façade in aluminium and glazed cladding. Set against the backdrop of Mount Parker, the apartments offer spectacular views of the harbour, surrounding parkland and the city skyline. The development also received a “Platinum (Provisional)” rating under the Building Environmental Assessment Method. *The image shown on the left was taken at MOUNT PARKER RESIDENCES in February 2014
