We are now looking for an exceptional Assistant Marketing Manager to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East, HK. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Assistant Marketing Manager will primarily assist in the management of corporate-level marketing and marketing initiatives, including sponsorship and events. In addition, the role will involve advocating best practice marketing innovations, enhancing our marketing capabilities and help drive business growth.
Responsibilities will include:
Planning, implementation and evaluation of corporate marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Identifying appropriate partners and sponsorship opportunities to enhance ongoing business development
Ensuring the disciplined application of a brand architecture system and visual identity guidelines
Creation of corporate marketing collateral
Working closely with agency partners, suppliers to devise and evaluate appropriate performance metrics
The work will involve all aspects of the marketing mix and will require outstanding project management and interpersonal skills.
Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:
University graduate or above, with at least six years of relevant experience
An excellent all-rounder marketer, who is totally comfortable with both digital and non-digital disciplines
Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible
Able to think of themselves and make things happen, while understanding the importance of working as a team
