We are now looking for a talented Property Officer to be part of our dynamic team.  Reporting to the Portfolio Manager / Assistant Portfolio Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the management of commercial properties at Taikoo Place.   Major duties include assisting in handling tenants’ enquiries and complaints, maintaining good relations with tenants, tenancy administration, handling tenants fitting out matters and day-to-day operation, coordinating work project and budget preparation.

 

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:

  • University graduate in real estate, property management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management and / or leasing
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills on MS Office
