Swire Properties Releases Price Lists for Remaining Units of DUNBAR PLACE

Swire Properties today released the price lists for 28 remaining units of DUNBAR PLACE, a residential development in the heartland of Ho Man Tin in which the company is involved in its development and sale. The development has been completed and ready for handover to purchasers. Starting tomorrow, units including a furnished apartment on 20/F will be open for public viewing.

The price lists show the average price of 28 remaining units at HK$23,075 per sq ft saleable area. “Further to the successful pre-sales of 25 units, we are confident that these remaining units will be well-received by the market,” said Adrian To, Residential Portfolio Director at Swire Properties.

The remaining units include 26 three-bedroom or four-bedroom apartments, ranging from 1,208-1,212 sq ft saleable area for three-bedroom and 1,829-1,830 sq ft for four-bedroom. DUNBAR PLACE also has two special penthouse units of 2,032 sq ft and 2,152 sq ft saleable area respectively connected to their own private rooftop lawn.

Located at 23 Dunbar Road, DUNBAR PLACE is surrounded by a network of renowned schools and enjoys easy access to the city’s transport network.
