Swire Properties today announced the latest sale arrangement for EIGHT STAR STREET, the Company’s new upscale residential development in the heart of the Starstreet Precinct.
Following on from the successful sale of three of the development’s three-bedroom units, out of a collection of six, Swire Properties is putting Unit 20A, another unique three-bedroom apartment occupying a whole floor with a saleable area of 913 sq ft, for sale by tender from 4 May until 15 June 2021. The sale will be based on a guide price of HK$43,688,000, or HK$47,851 per sq ft.
Spurred by the overwhelming response to the distinctive development, and in view of the original discount’s expiry on 30 April 2021, Swire Properties will introduce an updated price list offering special discounts of 5% for units from 2/F to 5/F and 3% for units from 6/F to 17/F for the period from 4 May to 31 May.

PAKT’s smart wardrobe service assists residents in wardrobe storage and management, including inspection, humidity control and UV sterilisation, as well as a personalised digital wardrobe catalogue with storage and withdrawal records easily accessible via mobile devices. This exclusive service is also offered for free to residents who stay for three months or more at Pacific Place Apartments, managed by Swire Hotels.
