Swire Properties Announces New Luxury Residential Developments in Ho Man Tin and Island East

Swire Properties today unveiled the names of two new residential developments on 23 Dunbar Road, Ho Man Tin and 1 Sai Wan Terrace, Island East. DUNBAR PLACE and MOUNT PARKER RESIDENCES are scheduled for completion in first half of 2014.

The 21-storey building comprises 92 apartments of approximately 1,500 to 2,200 sq ft gross floor area (approx. 1,200 – 1,700 sq ft saleable area), each with its own direct elevator access providing residents with maximum privacy. The innovatively-designed building is constructed by world-renowned American architectural firm Arquitectonica, who is the mastermind behind Swire Properties’ flagship commercial development TaiKoo Hui in Guangzhou. MOUNT PARKER RESIDENCES is set to become a residential landmark in the city’s landscape.
