Swire Properties Releases New Price List for AREZZO

Swire Properties today released a new price list (No.4) and two revised price lists (No. 2G and 3G) for a total of 24 units of AREZZO, the company’s latest completed residential development in Mid-Levels West, with prices ranging from HK$33.68 million to HK$48.39 million, and unit rates ranging from HK$25,845 to HK$37,052 per sq ft of saleable area. Sales arrangements for AREZZO’s units will be released soon.

As of yesterday, 83 out of 94 available units have been sold, representing 65% of the total number of units, with a total sales consideration of HK$2,282 million. The gradual handover to purchasers began earlier this month.

“We have seen great response from the market since we launched our new wave of pre-sales for AREZZO,” said Adrian To, Director, Residential of Swire Properties. “The units which we are launching at present are mainly 3-bedroom units located on higher floors. With the building now completed, prospective buyers will be able to visit the actual units and appreciate the value of these stunning homes.”

Located at 33 Seymour Road, AREZZO is a 48-storey building comprising 127 spacious residences with splendid city views. There are 120 apartments, comprising 40 units ranging from 973 to 976 sq ft with a two-bedroom layout and 80 units ranging from 911 to 1,314 sq ft with a three-bedroom layout.

AREZZO also has seven premium units, including three units with their own flat roof on 2/F, a three-bedroom unit of 1,421 sq ft and a four-bedroom unit of 1,774 sq ft on 49/F, a four-bedroom simplex of 2,851 sq ft on 50/F and a four-bedroom penthouse of 2,779 sq ft on 51/F with its own private rooftop garden and pool. AREZZO’s double-storey clubhouse features a banquet room, an indoor and outdoor children’s playground, an entertainment room, a gymnasium and a lounge.

A furnished showflat on 47/F of AREZZO which has been designed by American design studio Richardson Sadeki is now available for public viewing every Monday to Sunday from noon to 7 pm.
