From our stakeholder Commercial tenant (Pacific Place): Swire Properties' Building Manager at Pacific Place has given us useful information regarding on-site environmental initiatives, which has helped our Environmental Management Task Force to drive similar initiatives internally. We would like to see more reporting on what Swire Properties is doing to reduce CO2 emission, and also comments from their key stakeholders.

The objective of engaging with our stakeholders is to recognise and accept commercial responsibility for every business decision. To enhance the quality of this report and transparency of all that we are doing, we undertook a stakeholder engagement exercise with the aim of understanding their views and expectations. The results of this exercise were taken very seriously and we plan to repeat the exchange on a regular basis. Throughout this report, we have included key comments from the following stakeholders:
