Safety Management System Performance Safety Management System (SMS) Audit Safety management is crucial in day-to-day property management operations. In the most recent audit carried out in October 2007, we achieved a score of 92.3%. Within this overall score, we received a full score (100%) in areas such as:
At the same time, the audit revealed that further improvement was required in the evaluation, selection and control of our sub-contractors. Consequently, our sub-contracting guidelines have been revised to ensure adequate recognition of EHS requirements.
