 Safety
management is crucial in day-to-day property management
operations. In the most recent audit carried out in
October 2007, we achieved a score of 92.3%. Within this
overall score, we received a full score (100%) in areas
such as:
- Hazardous control programme
- Accident/incident investigation
- Emergency preparedness, and
- Safety committee.
At the same time, the audit revealed that further improvement
was required in the evaluation, selection and control
of our sub-contractors. Consequently, our sub-contracting
guidelines have been revised to ensure adequate recognition
of EHS requirements.
Risk Assessment
During our risk assessment process, we prioritise the
risks involved and implement control measures accordingly
to reduce injury at work for our employees.
