Locate cultural destinations around the entire harbour

To celebrate the aviation heritage of Kai Tak, a new Aerospace Museum will be located at the end of the old runway, ensuring public access to Hong Kong's only observation point on the Harbour looking back to Central and out to the South China Sea. The Museum will become an exciting new destination, another cluster of world class cultural facilities focused on the entire Harbour.

Kai Tak Point to Become a Signature Hong Kong Destination

The Harbour is Hong Kong's greatest natural asset and a focal point for commerce, arts and culture. Kai Tak's redevelopment fully demonstrates the holistic approach of Swire's Cultural Harbour proposal: to strengthen, nurture and expand the Harbour as the heart of Hong Kong. Just as the Peak has the Peak Tram to make the journey as special as the view, Kai Tak Point has a ferry and 'control tower' viewing gallery to enjoy the full splendour of the Harbour.
