Hong Kong Residential
ARGENTA
Located on 63 Seymour Road, ARGENTA is a new residential development in Mid-Levels West.
ARGENTA comprises 30 single-floor apartments which includes 28 three-bedroom apartments, a penthouse duplex and a special apartment with its own flat roof. ARGENTA is scheduled to be completed by the second half of 2013.
MOUNT PARKER RESIDENCES
Located in 1 Sai Wan Terrace, Island East, this residential project is scheduled to be completed by the first half of 2014.
DUNBAR PLACE
Located in 23 Dunbar Road, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon, this residential project is scheduled to be completed by the first half of 2014.
33 Seymour Road Phase 1 & Phase 2
Located at Mid-Levels West, Phase 1 of this residential project is scheduled to be completed in 2014, and Phase 2 in 2016.
Cheung Sha, South Lantau Project
Located in Cheung Sha, South Lantau, this residential project is scheduled to be completed in 2015.
Mainland China
Daci Temple Project, Chengdu
Located on No. 9 Dongdajie, Jinjiang District of Chengdu, the Daci Temple project will comprise a shopping centre, a boutique hotel, serviced apartments and an office tower.
The project is expected to be open in phases from 2014. We own 50% stake of this joint venture.
Dazhongli Project, Shanghai
A mixed-use development on Nanjing West Road, the Dazhongli project includes office space, retail and luxury hotels.
The development is expected to open in phases from 2016. We own 50% stake of the project.
United States
Brickell CityCentre Project
Situated in the heart of the Brickell financial district of Miami, Florida, the Brickell CityCentre development is our first mixed-use development in Miami and largest single project in the city to date.
The project broke ground in June 2012. The first phase is scheduled for completion in 2015, followed by the second phase in 2018.
Fort Lauderdale
Our properties in Fort Lauderdale in Florida comprise three vacant land parcels, intended to be developed into a mixed-use project and is held by a partnership which is 75% owned by us.
