In 2009, we opened our first Swire hotel in Hong Kong, The Upper House, a luxury hotel located directly above Pacific Place.
In addition to The Upper House, we have a 20% ownership in each of the five-star hotels in Pacific Place: the JW Marriott Hong Kong, the Conrad Hong Kong and the Island Shangri-La Hong Kong. Pacific Place is connected directly to the Admiralty MTR interchange station via air-conditioned pedestrian walkways and is well served by buses, minibuses, taxis and trams.
