Three Pacific Place Occupancy Rate Reaches 60%

Swire Properties today (Wednesday, 10 August 2005) announced that INVESCO has committed to leasing a total of 24,000 sq ft at Three Pacific Place. Together with the agreements signed with Tricor, The Bank of New York, Microsoft Hong Kong Limited, Société Générale and Philips Electronics, this latest transaction will take the building's total occupancy rate up to 60%.

INVESCO is a leading independent global asset management corporation with over 130 years of investment experience. It will be relocated from Three Exchange Square in Central to the brand new Grade-A office tower.

Ms Ginie Lam, Head of Marketing and Communications of INVESCO, said, "We appreciate the advanced technological infrastructure of Three Pacific Place which meets with our increasing demands in this area. The floor plan also allows for efficient use of space."

Swire Properties' Director and General Manager, Mr Jolyon Culbertson said, "Three Pacific Place has successfully attracted banking and finance companies who look for a central business location to set up their operations. I believe the leasing momentum in second half of the year will be even stronger."
