Swire Properties today (Thursday, 30 March 2006) introduced the face-lift renovation of Pacific Place Conference Centre (PPCC), transforming it into a modern, elegant and sophisticated business venue.

Swire Properties Management Ltd Senior Portfolio Manager Chris Heywood said, 'The investment represents a continued commitment of Swire Properties in realising Pacific Place as the premium business community in Hong Kong. The conference centre facility is carefully planned as an integral part of the complex to provide truly world-class facilities and services in the Pacific Place complex.'

Recent office leasing commitments at Pacific Place include Deloitte, Société Générale, Invesco and Bank of New York, indicating the attractiveness of Pacific Place and its comprehensive facilities and services to the banking and professional services sector.

Conference Centre Manager Valerie Lim added, 'This meeting facility complements the other business units at the Pacific Place complex. After 14 years of operation, PPCC has undergone a renovation to meet and exceed the customers' future needs by offering them total solutions and professional services in a superb location.'

Offering the core business district location, premium corporate ambience, advanced technology equipment, full-range business meeting facilities and highly personalised event planning services, PPCC is the ideal venue for high-profile corporate meetings, seminars, training and events.
