Swire Properties today officially commenced the sales launch for DUNBAR PLACE, located at 23 Dunbar Road, Ho Man Tin, the latest residential development which the company has 50% interest.
As of today, the provisional agreement for sale and purchase of 10 residential properties have been signed, representing 33% of the number of residential properties available for sale in the first price list and accounting for HK$304 million in purchase price, at an average transacted price at HK$21,770 per sf saleable area (or HK$234,308 per sm saleable area).
