Swire Properties announced its achievement of the ‘Platinum’ certification, the highest certification level for WiredScore and SmartScore for its newest Triple Grade-A office buildings, Two Taikoo Place and 46-56 Queen’s Road East.
WiredScore certifications for 13 other commercial buildings across the Taikoo Place and Pacific Place portfolios were also confirmed, reinforcing the Company’s status as the industry leader in designing and building the city’s most innovative, smart buildings and the natural choice for digitally-enabled businesses in the region.

‘Platinum’ certifications for both WiredScore and SmartScore elevate Two Taikoo Place and 46-56 Queen’s Road East into the top 0.6% of market-leading smart office buildings globally, thereby providing a workplace with exceptional technological foundations and an inspirational user-experience.

The WiredScore and SmartScore ‘Platinum’ certifications reflect the significant and ongoing investment which Swire Properties has committed to smart placemaking.
Tenants and their employees can enjoy a seamless digital experience at Taikoo Place and Pacific Place, Hong Kong’s first 5G-enabled commercial portfolios, through a user-friendly mobile app which enables users to navigate and enjoy both portfolios’ broad range of services, amenities and programmes available. To help to facilitate tenant operations, an integrated tenant portal is provided, allowing digital access to building management and facilities services.
Behind the scenes, the Company’s market-leading Neuron Digital Twin system utilises artificial intelligence to analyse and ‘learn’ from large, historical data-sets to optimise the efficiency of building systems. These learnings are then deployed to establish trends, forecast energy usage, optimise the running of a multitude of building systems, and detect faults, which allow predictive maintenance.
