Upper House Residences Achieve THB 10 Billion in Sales in First Six Months

Following robust demand during private sales period, City Dynamic introduces the two freehold residential towers on Wireless Road to the international market

A number of residences have achieved prices exceeding THB 850,000 per sqm, while other unit types have been transacted at around THB 500-600,000 per sqm, reflecting robust demand at the top end of the market.
