Swire Properties Releases Price List of MOUNT PARKER RESIDENCES

Swire Properties today released the price list of 30 units of MOUNT PARKER RESIDENCES, the company’s latest residential development in the distinguished neighbourhood of Island East, with listed prices starting from HK$28.697million to HK$36.424million, equivalent to HK$21,244 to HK$28,311 per square foot saleable area. MOUNT PARKER RESIDENCES has been completed.
