Swire Properties Releases Price List of AREZZO

Swire Properties today released the price list for 50 units of AREZZO, the company’s latest residential development in the Mid-Levels West, with prices ranging from HK$22.28 million to HK$29.58 million, equivalent to HK$24,457 to HK$30,307 per sq ft of saleable area. The estimated completion date for the development is March 2015.

Located at 33 Seymour Road, AREZZO is a 48-storey development comprising 127 spacious residences with splendid views. There are 120 typical apartments, comprising 40 units ranging from 973 to 976 sq ft with a two-bedroom layout and 80 units ranging from 911 to 1,314 sq ft with a three-bedroom layout.

AREZZO also has seven special units, including three units with their own roof terrace on 2/F, a three-bedroom unit of 1,421 sq ft and a four-bedroom unit of 1,774 sq ft on 49/F, a four-bedroom simplex of 2,850 sq ft on 50/F and a four-bedroom penthouse of 2,780 sq ft on 51/F with its own private rooftop garden and pool. AREZZO’s double-storey clubhouse features a banquet room, an indoor and outdoor children’s playground, an entertainment room, a gymnasium and a lounge.

The sales brochure of AREZZO has been uploaded onto the designated website, and sales arrangements will be announced in due course. An unmodified unit B at G/F of Cityplaza Four is now open for public viewing every Monday to Sunday from noon to 7 pm.
