LA MONTAGNE, located at THE SOUTHSIDE Phase 4A at MTR Wong Chuk Hang Station, and a collaboration between Kerry Properties, Sino Land, Swire Properties and the MTR Corporation, has achieved a strong sales performance13 in the recent round of sales. The latest batch of residential units launched for sale on 16 January 202512 received a positive market response, with 5413 out of 65 Price List units on Sales Arrangements No. 2 sold, generating more than HKD 668 million13 in sales proceeds.

The strong sales performance13 of LA MONTAGNE highlights the continued demand for high-quality and well-designed homes in Hong Kong’s Southern District4, which offers excellent connectivity and spectacular views over Deep Water Bay and Shouson Hill1,4.

Sales Arrangements No. 2 included 65 two- and three-bedroom units7 from Price List No. 3 with saleable areas ranging from 486 sq ft to 661 sq ft6. Listed prices started at HKD12,246,0007, or HKD24,9537 per saleable sq ft, before special discounts. Prices after the maximum discount and cash rebate8 ranged from HKD9,504,1419 to HKD18,897,33910, or from HKD19,36616 per saleable sq ft to HKD28,58917 per saleable sq ft.

LA MONTAGNE seamlessly connects3 to THE SOUTHSIDE3, the largest MTR shopping mall in the Southern District, spanning over 500,000 sq ft.
