We are now looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to be part of our dynamic team.  Reporting to the Assistant Portfolio Manager(s), the incumbent is responsible for assisting management in co-ordinating property management activities.  He/She will provide clerical support and handle administrative work for the team.  Major duties include handling tenants’ enquiries effectively and efficiently, reviewing monthly arrears reports, following up rental payments, issuing reminders to tenants on outstanding accounts, issuing invoices and preparing monthly reports.  

 

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:

  • HKCEE / DSE or above with 5 passes including English and Chinese
  • Minimum 1 year’s secretarial and administrative experience
  • Good communication and organisational skills 
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese 
  • Good PC skills including MS Word and Excel
